You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and shipping processes to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Accurately enter orders into the system. Assist with preparing packages for shipment. Coordinate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment. Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies. Maintain operational documents and records. Assist in demand planning under supervision. Ensure customer service standards are met. Respond to basic customer inquiries. Help with general administrative duties as needed. Skills Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in using order entry software. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing. Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members. Basic Inventory Management: Understanding of inventory checks and reporting.
