The HT Group is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join a client team in Nederland, TX.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) - In Office

Pay Rate

$18–$20/hr. DOE

Dress Code: Business casual attire is required. Acceptable attire includes slacks, very dark or black jeans without holes, dressy sandals or flats, and presentable blouses. Flip-flops, hand/face tattoos, and facial piercings are not permitted.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily billing operations within the TRACK platform, preparing and issuing invoices, reconciling payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing

Process daily billing activities within the TRACK platform and prepare, review, and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Payment Reconciliation

Reconcile payments, identify discrepancies, and assist with resolving billing issues.

Record Maintenance

Maintain accurate billing and payment records while ensuring the confidentiality of client and financial information.

Customer Service

Respond to client billing inquiries professionally and provide timely assistance with account questions.

Account Updates

Assist with billing adjustments, credits, and account updates as needed.

Team Collaboration

Work with internal teams to verify and resolve billing issues and perform additional billing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or administrative support preferred.

• Experience with billing or financial software is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
