Location: Columbus, Indiana Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full Time Pay: $15.60$16.10 per hour Shifts: Days & Overnights Schedule: 6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6AM Rotating Schedule Overtime available based on production needs.

Production Duties

• Operate automated production machines
• Load and unload materials
• Inspect finished products for quality

Production Requirements

• At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
