Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized urological care focusing on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction.
• Evaluate and diagnose conditions related to female urology, including incontinence and pelvic floor disorders.
• Perform consultations, treatments, and pre/post-operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient management.
• Counsel patients on treatment options, surgical procedures, and preventive care.
• Participate in call schedule for hospital-based emergencies, being onsite during weekday hours and available for call during evenings and weekends.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in urology and related fields to ensure best practices.

What You Need

• Valid California medical license (or eligibility)
• Board Certification in Urology (or Board Eligible within 3 years)
• Focus or interest in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
