Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 $50,000 per year base + uncapped commissions
- Bonuses: Quarterly incentive opportunities

What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and expand referral relationships within the designated territory
- Present and promote home medical equipment solutions such as ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep therapy, wound care, and diabetic supplies
- Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare providers and referral sources
- Educate partners on product capabilities and service offerings
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage pipeline activities and update CRM tools to track progress
- Participate in periodic in-person training (Sales Academy)
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Travel frequently within the coverage area to meet with referral partners
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- 2+ years of healthcare or B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with respiratory or medical equipment
- CRM experience and disciplined pipeline management
- Strong presentation skills and ability to build trust with clinical partners
