Visible is on a mission to equip founders and investors to thrive. We’re achieving this by building best-in-class tools for startups and the venture capital investors who back them. Visible is a profitable, established software startup made up of nineteen fully remote teammates across the globe. It has been set up this way since Visible was founded in 2015 (we have this whole remote work thing down). Role Overview We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to help venture capital firms get the most from Visible’s best-in-class tools. You’ll work closely with venture capital customers – guiding them from onboarding through long-term success. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the customer experience and influence product direction. What You’ll Do Own relationships with a portfolio of investor customers from onboarding through renewal Leverage customer data to configure visible instances for account onboardings Lead onboarding calls and ongoing strategy sessions with customer teams Advise customers on portfolio monitoring and reporting best practices using Visible Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and expansion moments across accounts Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for investor needs and feedback Track customer health, engagement, and outcomes across investor accounts Create scalable resources (guides, templates, workflows) tailored to investor and fund use cases Working at Visible We empower our people. This role reports directly to Visible’s Customer Success & Product Strategy Lead. Qualifications & What We’re Looking For The following are all guide rails. If you love the role, we'd love to hear from you. 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles Experience working with investment firms, finance teams, or investor-focused products (or strong interest in learning) Strong communication skills – comfortable leading calls and explaining the product and workflows clearly Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts at once Empathy for customers and a problem-solving mindset Bonus points if you have Experience working at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Experience working in venture capital, private equity, or financial services. Familiarity with portfolio company reporting, including investor updates and KPI reporting. Experience working with or managing AI tooling, including prompt engineering and performance evaluation. Remote restrictions Workday must overlap by at least 6 hours with Chicago, IL, USA.
