Learning Experience Designer

To support a growing Talent Development team, the full-time remote Learning Experience Designer will create engaging digital learning solutions, manage the design process from needs analysis to evaluation, and develop multimedia assets that enhance learner engagement. Key responsibilities Design and develop various learning solutions, including eLearning and instructor-led training, using appropriate instructional strategies Define measurable learning objectives aligned with organizational goals and apply visual design principles across learning products Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate content into effective learning experiences and communicate design progress clearly Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field Experience in designing and developing learning solutions with a strong understanding of instructional design principles Proficiency with graphic design technologies and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar applications Basic skills in Microsoft 365 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
