Your Mission (Should You Choose to Sizzle It): Line Cook Extraordinaire
We're looking for a talented Line Cook with at least one year of experience in a professional kitchen. If you've never worked at The Hungry Tarpon before, prepare for a fresh start in paradise! You'll be a key player in our kitchen, ensuring every dish that leaves our line is top-notch, delicious, and perfectly presented for our hungry guests.

What You'll Be Cooking Up:

Dish Dynamo: Prepare and cook all our fantastic menu items, following recipes and plating specifications to a T.
Quality King/Queen: Make sure every dish is cooked perfectly, served hot, and meets our high standards of quality.
Safety Superstar: Always follow food safety and sanitation guidelines – cleanliness is key!
Kitchen Keeper: Keep your station and the kitchen area spotless and organized.
Inventory Investigator: Help us manage inventory and make sure we've always got the supplies we need.
Team Player: Collaborate with your fellow kitchen crew to ensure smooth operations and happy diners.

You're Our Perfect Ingredient If You Have:

• Seasoned Pro: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen.
• Pressure Cooker Pro: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Culinary Knowledge: Solid understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Communication Champion: Strong communication and teamwork skills – we're all in this together!
• Multitasking Marvel: Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize like a pro.
• Flexible Foodie: Ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (that's when the fun happens!).
• Keys Crusader: You must be able to commute to or relocate to Islamorada, Florida.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 30–50 hours per week
Shift: Day, Evening, Morning, Night – We Need Flexibility!
Work Location: In person (The Hungry Tarpon Restaurant, Islamorada)
