Automotive Sales Associate – New Car Sales Loudon Motors Ford in Minerva, Ohio is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team! What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers, helping them find the right vehicle for their needs
• Build relationships through excellent customer service and communication
• Achieve sales goals set by the sales manager
• Present and explain vehicle features, performance, and options
• Identify customer needs through questions and active listening
• Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures
• Track and review sales performance to continuously improve

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Social media knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
