What You'll Be Doing

• Support onsite sales teams with daily operations
• Welcome prospective buyers visiting the community
• Build rapport and identify customer housing needs
• Gather visitor information and maintain follow-up records
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the homebuying experience
• Assist with model home and sales office operations
• Maintain a polished and professional customer experience
