In-Patient ASW/AMFT Per Diem Social Worker (Weekend Availability)

Job Summary We are looking for Per Diem ASW/AMFT Social Workers to work weekend days at Glendora Hospital. Weekend availability is a must. The Social Worker serves as an expert resource to the Case Management Team, physicians, inter-disciplinary team members, patients’ and patients’ families in a collaborative process evidenced by assessing, planning, and facilitation of options and services to meet individuals’ complex biomedical and psychosocial needs. Qualifications Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field. Must be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences, e.g., ACSW with a current and active number. ACSW Preferred, LCSW may be considered. Experience in social services support to clients, preferably in a behavioral health care setting, preferred. Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CHLB/Glendora Hospital roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CHLB/Glendora Hospital in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
