Job Title: Registered Nurse Responsibilities Review lab results with clients in a clear, accurate, and compassionate manner. Address and resolve customer service inquiries related to shipping and delivery timelines, medications and treatment instructions, and general account or CRM questions. Communicate professionally and confidently with patients by phone, email, and CRM messaging; comfortable discussing issues directly with patients, explaining complex or sensitive topics, and remaining calm and composed even when handling frustrated or incorrect complaints. Navigate multiple software applications and systems quickly and accurately; strong comfort working with computers, rapidly moving between programs (Salesforce experience preferred), and typing/clicking efficiently. Demonstrate high tech‑savviness, quickly learning and mastering new tools, systems, and workflows. Escalate abnormal or urgent findings to the appropriate provider. Escalate issues as needed and follow up until resolution. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Continuously learn and stay updated on internal systems, protocols, and products. Ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care.
