Senior Commercial Account Executive/Leader-Major Accounts 140k-200k base(DOE), incentives, benefits, Hybrid South Jersey/Philadelphia Region.Retail agency/brokerage offering property & casualty and group benefits products and services is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive-Major Accounts to join their team, Responsible for establishing and maintaining overall client relationships on assigned book of business. Grow existing book of business through new lines of coverage and new business opportunities. Provide Risk Management expertise to clients and provide direction and leadership to Account Service Team. Manage and retain existing book, client advisement/visitations, underwriter/carrier interaction, interact with Loss Control, Claims, Marketing, etc. Provide leadership mentoring and training to Account Management Team. Ten (10) years minimum of commercial, multi-line property and casualty brokerage and/or related business experience. Independent, flexible, self-starter who can multi-task and delegate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; Word and Excel encouraged. Experience with Sagitta or other large agency management system preferred. Strong interpersonal, financial, analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organization and client service skills. Previous experience in insurance marketing. Strong leadership skills. Ability to promote teamwork within a unit. Strong problem solving and “can do” attitude. Develop and manage key relationships at all levels within the organization along with outside clients and carriers. Degree preferred. P&C License required. Designations(CIC, CPCU, RPLU, etc. highly desirable). 140k-200k base(DOE), incentives, benefits. Hybrid work arrangement.
