An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting located in Laramie, WY. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with children requiring behavioral interventions, applying evidence-based practices and data collection to improve outcomes and support individualized education plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior analysis programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on student behavior and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent and effective treatment
- Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality
- Assist with the development of individualized behavior support plans
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working within schools or educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing student needs
