Job Title:Costing Manager - Teva FootwearReports to:Director, CostingLocation: Goleta, CA or Portland, OR (Hybrid)Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – ThursdayThe RoleAs the Costing Manager for Teva Footwear, you’ll oversee the product costing process for assigned brands and categories from initial concept through final prototyping and sales samples. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure products are cost-effective, commercially viable, and aligned with seasonal margin targets. Leveraging your manufacturing knowledge and cost engineering expertise, you’ll proactively identify cost risks and opportunities, provide actionable margin analysis, and deliver clear cost visibility throughout the development cycle.
