May also lead Telecommunications staff.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESMain technical IS contact for the entity. Main contact for all Executive Level support.Develops and maintains any procedures and documentation required to support IT systems the Executive Leadership Team.Communicates outstanding issues and status updates and escalates issues when necessary.May be present for System Level meetings, ensuring rooms are ready for use.May need a full understanding of Executive Board room and point of contact for escalations.May need awareness of System Leadership devices, ensuring back up minor equipment is available for deployment when needed.May assist with video conferencing and other collaboration platforms to help facilitate meetings, webinars and townhall for the Executive Leadership Team.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and educationEXPERIENCEFive years' experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
