Youth & Young Adult Peer Recovery Specialist
Prestera Health Services
Prestera Health Services is hiring a Peer Recovery Support Specialist to provide support services for young adults aged 18 to 25 facing substance use challenges. This full-time position requires a High School diploma and a minimum of two years of recovery experience. As part of a treatment team, you will assist with care coordination, life skills coaching, and resource linkage, contributing significantly to youth success.
Qualified candidates should have experience with children and families, knowledge of community resources, and the ability to travel within the region.
