Job Title: Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinician Location: North Carolina (Community-Based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000 Date Posted: October 21, 2026 About The Role We’re hiring a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinician to join our North Carolina team. In this role, you’ll use the evidence-based FCT model to help at-risk families build positive behavioral patterns, strengthen relationships, and prevent out-of-home placements. As an FCT Clinician, you’ll provide trauma-informed therapy, skills training, and community resource coordination to promote stability, safety, and improved family functioning.
