Associate Attorney

A respected regional law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its growing Wilmington, Delaware office. This role is ideal for an attorney with experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes and a strong background litigating matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court . Qualifications 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting Experience handling complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution Demonstrated litigation experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities Outstanding academic credentials Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple matters Active admission to the Delaware Bar is required Compensation Salary Range: $205,000-$225,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
