Lead Systems Analyst

Working remotely during EST hours, the contract Lead Systems Analyst will document the current-state systems architecture and data landscape across the Alternatives domain, focusing on Private Markets and Hedge Funds, while collaborating with business, technology, and data teams to produce clear architectural artifacts and identify improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities Document the current-state application and systems architecture across the Alternatives domain, including key platforms and data flows Produce architectural artifacts such as system context diagrams and process flows to support the development of a domain data model Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical improvements in collaboration with stakeholders Required qualifications Significant experience as a Systems Analyst in a complex enterprise environment Strong background in documenting systems architecture and end-to-end data flows Experience producing high-quality analysis artifacts such as process flows and data mappings Good understanding of data modeling concepts and integration patterns Experience in investment management or related financial services domains, with knowledge of Private Markets and Hedge Funds preferred
