Position Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their questions, provide excellent service, and help ensure a positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable call center experience while working with a supportive team.

This is a seasonal position requiring open availability, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and information.
• Navigate computer systems while assisting customers.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet attendance, performance, and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service or call center experience recommended.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM) .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have open availability, including weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
