As a key member of the care team, you will:

• Welcome and escort patients to exam rooms, offices, and treatment areas
• Capture vital patient data before each visit (vitals, height/weight, allergies, medications)
• Ensure physicians have all necessary records ready for appointments and procedures
• Prepare, clean, and stock exam and treatment rooms to maintain a smooth workflow
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures (standing, documenting, supporting care)
• Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection standards
• Answer patient calls and direct them to appropriate care providers
• Call in prescriptions and follow up with patients as directed
• Communicate appointment changes, reschedules, and no-shows to providers
• Support front office and administrative tasks (chart prep, filing, faxing, reception, etc.)

Medical Assistant Certification or MA Diploma (required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
