Membership Manager Full Time Nashville, TN, US Here’s the scoop : The Coworking Membership Manager owns the performance and day-to-day operation of the coworking space at Kenect Nashville. This role is responsible for driving coworking occupancy and membership renewals, managing all coworking operations, planning and executing the community event calendar for coworking members, and running organic social media for the coworking community. The role also owns residential event strategy and outcomes, coordinating with the on-site team responsible for execution. What this opportunity entails : Coworking Operations Manage daily operations of the coworking space, including membership administration, billing accuracy, access control, and vendor coordination Maintain the space to a professional standard, including amenity upkeep, supply inventory, and coordination with facilities on repairs or improvements Serve as the primary point of contact for coworking members on operational issues, requests, and escalations Own the coworking sales pipeline from inquiry through close, including tours, follow-up, and membership agreement execution Meet or exceed occupancy targets for the coworking space Manage the renewal process for existing coworking members, including proactive outreach ahead of expiration and negotiation of terms Track and report on occupancy, conversion rates, churn, and renewal performance on a regular cadence Identify and execute strategies to fill vacancy, including outreach, promotions, and partnership development with local businesses and brokers Represent the coworking space in the local business community, including networking, attending local events, and building relationships that generate referrals and leads Conduct periodic market surveys of competing coworking and flexible workspace offerings to inform pricing, amenities, and positioning Community Event Planning & Social Media Plan and build the recurring event calendar for the coworking community, balancing member engagement, lead generation, and retention goals Execute coworking events end to end, including logistics, vendor coordination, budget management, and day-of delivery Use events as a channel to generate new coworking leads and strengthen retention among existing members Own organic social media for the community, including content creation, posting cadence, and platform management Use social media to promote the event calendar, showcase the space, and support lead generation and member engagement Residential Event Oversight Own the strategy, calendar, and budget for residential and coworking community events Coordinate and collaboratively execute residential events with the Front Desk team Evaluate residential event outcomes and adjust programming based on resident engagement, feedback, and seasonality What we need from you : 2+ years of experience in a sales role that includes tour-based or in-person selling, membership sales, or leasing (coworking, multifamily, hospitality, or fitness/studio membership backgrounds all apply) Demonstrated track record of hitting occupancy, conversion, or renewal targets Experience planning and executing in-person events, including vendor and logistics management Strong CRM discipline, including pipeline tracking and consistent follow-up Comfortable owning a P&L-adjacent metric such as occupancy rate or renewal rate Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in coworking, flexible workspace, or multifamily property operations Familiarity with coworking management platforms (e.g. Yardi, Yardi Kube, or similar) Experience managing organic social media accounts for a business, brand, or community Experience coordinating cross-functionally with an operations or community team that executes work the role does not personally perform Required Education/Training : A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
