Job Description The Product Analyst is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of business outcomes through ownership, evolution, and optimization of the application. This role blends product strategy, engineering leadership, user‑centric design, and strong business partnership to deliver capabilities that increase productivity, improve data quality, enhance support, and drive adoption and utilization of products. Key Experience Priorities Production Planning (PP) with strong experience in implementing Material Requirements Planning (MRP Live) Materials Management (MM) experience Reporting and Analytics Responsibilities Own the Plan/Source product vision and translate user needs, business priorities, and strategic objectives into an actionable product roadmap. Identify opportunities leveraging technology—including AI, automation, and advanced analytics—to improve business performance and patient outcomes. Define value realization frameworks, success metrics, KR/KPI, and measurement plans tied to business and patient impact. Lead and partner with engineering teams to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of new capabilities and platform improvements. Oversee backlog management, user story quality, sequencing, and sprint execution, removing blockers and guiding decision‑making. Lead the adoption of Agile frameworks, ensuring effective ceremonies and continuous improvement. Partner closely with other business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic priorities. Lead discovery, user research, business process analysis, and problem framing aligned with the company strategy and tactical plan. Design systems that enhance customer engagement and field collaboration. Apply advanced hands‑on SAP S4 expertise, configuring processes and working within platform limitations to support end‑to‑end processes. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Technology, IT, or Product Management. 8+ years of experience working with SAP ERP solutions (advanced expertise). Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle management. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem‑solving skills. Technical skills in SAP S4, Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle management. Production Planning (PP) experience implementing Material Requirements Planning (MRP Live).
