This role will focus on recruiting, particularly for high-volume and part-time roles, while also providing day-to-day HR support and contributing to the development of efficient, scalable processes. The ideal candidate is polished, hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable managing competing priorities while delivering a consistent, high-quality employee and candidate experience.What Will You Do?Recruiting & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentLead full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on high-volume, entry-level, and part-time rolesBuild proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines (community outreach, job fairs, networking)Develop and manage recruiting programs, including career fairs and internship/early talent initiativesPartner with hiring managers to efficiently fill roles and improve hiring outcomesDeliver a strong, consistent candidate experiencePart-Time Workforce LeadershipOwn HR processes for the part-time and event-based workforce, including:Ongoing staffing and recruitingOnboarding and workforce readinessProcess consistency and communicationPartner with stadium operations and vendors to support large-scale staffing needsEnsure a positive and efficient experience for part-time employeesHR Operations & Employee SupportServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions (benefits, policies, handbook interpretation)Execute onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processesEnsure consistent application of HR policies and practicesMaintain organized, efficient HR workflows and documentationTraining & Development SupportAdminister required compliance training (including harassment prevention)Coordinate professional development initiatives and internal training effortsSupport internship and early career program executionCompensation & HR Programs SupportAssist with compensation benchmarking, job descriptions, and pay structure supportTrack and maintain key HR metrics (hiring, turnover, etc.)Support foundational HR program development and process improvementsSystems, Compliance & Process ImprovementMaintain and utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systemsEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal policiesIdentify and implement process improvements, particularly in recruiting and high-volume workflowsWhat Do You Need To Succeed? RequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in 100–200 employee environmentsStrong hands-on recruiting experience, especially high-volume or entry-level rolesExperience supporting part-time, hourly, or event-based workforcesAbility and willingness to operate "in the weeds" while improving processesStrong communication and relationship-building skills across all levelsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience in sports, hospitality, entertainment, or similar industriesExperience building recruiting programs or talent pipelinesCreative and willing to approach HR challenges with non-traditional solutionsHR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)Special Requirements Of The Job:Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights (event evenings & overnight operation shifts) and holidays.Ability to monitor company communications and respond to time-sensitive matters with senior executives.Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the venue for extended periods of time, often during events or facility setup and breakdown.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for event setup, equipment management, or assisting with operational needs.Requires occasional bending, squatting, and reaching overhead to handle various tasks related to facility management, equipment, and event preparation.Must be capable of working in physically demanding environments, including navigating stairs, ramps, and elevated platforms during venue conversions.Ability to work outdoors continuously for extended periods of time in all weather conditionsWe value diversity and seek world-class employees of all backgrounds.
