Job Description
We are looking for friendly, hardworking, and dependable Front of House Team Members to join our pizza restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking guest orders, serving food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Answer customer questions about menu items and specials
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure guests have a positive dining experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items as needed
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling available
- Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
