Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent) This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licensing. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided) We provide guidance, study support, and resources to help you successfully complete the licensing process Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting policy needs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is service-first, while also providing opportunities to contribute to growth by identifying additional coverage needs through thoughtful, needs-based conversations. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and contribution to agency growth.
