You will be responsible for generating new business, maximizing in-book opportunities, and delivering strong service that supports long-term retention and referrals. An active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to starting in the office. If not currently licensed, you must obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license before Day 1. A Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date. Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided to help you successfully complete the process.As an Account Representative, your primary focus is production. You will proactively market and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance products to both new and existing customers. You will conduct needs-based conversations, identify protection gaps, and confidently present tailored solutions.
