Vince Ovecka State Farm is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team as a Multiline Representative.

This is a sales-dominant position for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, uncovering needs, and confidently turning conversations into new business. You’ll help customers protect what matters most by recommending insurance solutions across multiple product lines while building relationships that lead to additional sales, referrals, and long-term agency growth.

Insurance or State Farm experience is preferred, but we are willing to develop the right person who brings strong sales ability, drive, coachability, and a desire to succeed.

Licensing Requirements

Insurance licensing is required for this position.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.

• Life & Health license must be obtained within an established timeframe once onboarding begins.

• Already licensed candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Licensing guidance and support are available for qualified candidates completing the process.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, and follow-up.

• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each customer's insurance needs.

• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen customer relationships across multiple product lines.

• Conduct insurance reviews and identify gaps in coverage.

• Confidently present recommendations, handle objections, and ask for the business.

• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.

• Follow up with prospects and customers to convert opportunities into written business.

• Develop referrals and additional sales opportunities from existing relationships.

• Consistently work toward individual and agency production goals.
