I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 11 years in the financial services and banking industry, bringing a strong background in helping people make informed financial decisions. I’m a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, married, and a proud dad to a wonderful daughter. We enjoy staying connected to our community and finding opportunities to support the people and organizations around us. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
