Mail Production Specialist

We are looking for detail-oriented Mailroom Sorters to join a collaborative and supportive team in a secure, well-established industry. If you prefer a behind-the-scenes role with limited customer interaction, this is the perfect opportunity to build valuable skills in logistics and supply chain operations while seeing the tangible results of your work every day. Responsibilities: Open, sort, and prepare incoming and outgoing correspondence. Scan and image incoming paper documents, ensuring appropriate records and processing documentation are maintained. Accurately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality claims. Generate and mail out correspondence related to submission errors. Meet established department production, speed, and quality standards. Assist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with evolving business needs. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 3 months to 1 year of production-related experience is highly preferred. Attention to detail with a proven track record of manual processing speed and accuracy. Ability to safely and comfortably lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds. Flexibility and willingness to work mandatory overtime as required.
