Healthcare Support is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join an acute care hospital team in Gainesville, FL . This role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy, supporting functional mobility and recovery, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Schedule:

• Day Shift

Compensation Notes:

• $32.52 per hour - $44.72 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Daily Responsibilities for the Occupational Therapist:

• Evaluating each patient's functional abilities and needs, then developing individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team.
• Delivering skilled, evidence-based interventions that promote healing, independence, and quality of life through purposeful, compassionate care.
• Monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring thorough, timely documentation that reflects quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications for the Occupational Therapist:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed in FL as an Occupational Therapist - New Grads Welcome!
