Scale Operator / Test Stand Support

At Balance Staffing, we're obsessed with your success! Let us help you achieve your career dreams.

Location: Manteca, CA
Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday, 7/27 Start: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM
First Week: Monday – Wednesday
Second Week: Monday – Saturday
After Second Week: Monday – Friday, Saturdays as needed

Job Duties

Greet grape truck drivers and direct them to the appropriate location.
Receive and verify delivery paperwork for each truck.
Enter delivery information into the company computer system.
Operate the sampling arm to collect grape samples from delivery trucks.
Process grape samples and send them to the lab for testing.
Measure and record sample temperatures.
Return samples to delivery trucks after testing.
Track the daily delivery schedule.
Notify the appropriate personnel if grapes do not meet quality standards.
Perform daily cleaning and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

Must be able to speak and understand English.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Comfortable working outdoors and around trucks.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Able to work early morning hours and Saturdays as needed.
