Network Project ManagerTope is seeking a Network Project Manager to support the AF Strategic Program Information Services team in support of the Sentinel Information Services (IS) team. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:Assist customers in the development of current and future program requirementsEvaluate plans and criteria for technical activities and recommend alternatives as required to comply with customer and company obligationsModel and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and securityCoach and mentor employees, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policiesCommunicate with all levels of company leadership to drive projects to completionCommunicate complex technical details to a non-technical audienceManage risks and opportunities and ensure that best practices are followedDirect, integrate, manage, and track program and project activitiesPrepare program roadmaps, project execution plans and identify resourcesIdentify technology opportunities and coordinate system and application strategiesReview status of projects, manage schedules and prepare status reportsAssess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goalsDevelop trusted relationships with internal and external customers; communicate daily with internal and external customers related to assigned program areasPosition requires a current Security+ Certification, fully adjudicated DoD Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance and at least 8+ years’ experience with a MS degree; 10+ years’ experience with a BS degree; or 14 years’ experience with a HS diploma with:Experience or knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, system components, system protocols, COTS technology, and software developmentTechnical knowledge of systems, networks, and application security, as well as a solid understanding of enterprise-level security frameworks, policies, processes, and standardsAbility to work across teams and in a cross-functional environmentExperience interfacing and briefing customer and upper managementEffective organizational, time management, and communications skillsPrevious experience leading and managing teamsQuickly comprehending technology and understanding unique system requirements.Other skills desired are:Standards compliance and information assurance, including ITAR, CCA, FedRAMP, DIACAP, RMF, ITIL, CMMIUnderstanding of the DoD environment and familiarity with the DoD Acquisition SystemAbility to build bridges across organizational boundaries, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical leaders across large complex organizations.This is a challenging, but very rewarding, opportunity to work in a very rewarding environment with Education Assistance.
