Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota
• Experience providing occupational therapy services to pediatric or school-aged populations

• Strong interpersonal communication abilities for collaboration with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions to students in classroom and individual settings
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust therapy goals as needed
• Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines and the classroom environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations to support student success
• Maintain accurate, timely records to meet regulatory compliance and best practice standards
