Make a positive impact by supporting students’ growth and development as an Occupational Therapist in a school-based setting near Buffalo, MN. This contract position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with educators and families to help students succeed academically and personally.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license (OT) for the state of Minnesota
• Prior experience working in a school environment preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy best practices, including IEP development and service delivery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a dynamic educational setting

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students across various grades
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student participation in school activities
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
