Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Location: Annandale Health & Community Services; Talamore Senior Living Position type: Part-time, benefited, 0.60 FTE with potential to grow to Full-time, 0.80 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 24 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. Settings: This position will provide patient care at both locations, which include Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC), Assisted/Independent Living (ALF/ILF), and Outpatient services, offering the opportunity to work across a variety of patient populations and care settings.
