Sales, Revenue, and CS Operations Expert

Role Overview

Apply hands-on SaaS operations expertise to help train next-generation AI systems with high-quality, real-world input. This remote contract opportunity focuses on improving operational efficiency and data integrity across sales, revenue, and customer success environments. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize CRM platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems, to support evolving sales, revenue, and customer success processes.
• Integrate and manage connected revenue tools, including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project tracking platforms.
• Create and document scalable operational workflows that respond to changing business needs and encourage adoption among sales and customer success stakeholders.
• Maintain data accuracy across interconnected systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
• Use sound operational judgment to resolve policy conflicts while maintaining practical, sustainable processes.
• Produce clear documentation and actionable reports for diverse team members.
• Provide usability and adoption feedback that informs operational best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on sales, revenue, or customer success operations experience in a SaaS environment.
• Direct responsibility for configuring and maintaining CRM systems.
• Experience with at least two connected tools outside the CRM, such as quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking solutions.
• Strong judgment in resolving operational policy conflicts without unnecessarily complicating processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to drive adoption of new workflows and systems among sales and customer success teams.
• Experience creating detailed reports and protecting data integrity across multiple revenue systems is highly valued.

Compensation

$40 to $80 per hour
