Desired background and qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin State SLP license required before start date
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; clinical fellows (CF) considered
• Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse students

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering assessments, direct therapy, and intervention services to students with communication needs
• Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to support student IEPs
• Maintaining detailed, timely case files and progress notes in compliance with school and state expectations
• Participating in IEP meetings, goal-setting, and student progress reviews
• Providing consultative support and resources to classroom staff as needed
