Skills & Experience Sought:

• Valid SLP licensure for Wisconsin and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35-40 elementary students efficiently
• Strong communication, organizational, and evaluation skills
• Proficiency in both direct therapy and assessment work
• Passion for fostering student growth, teamwork, and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Work onsite in a welcoming school environment, delivering direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor interventions to individual student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
