Earnings Potential

Average Earnings: $120,000–$200,000+

Compensation includes:

• $1,000/week training pay (first 6 weeks)
• Weeks 7–10 paid as a draw
• $4,000 fast-start performance bonus opportunity
• Top performers are eligible for a $400/month vehicle wrap stipend

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Conduct exterior property inspections, including roof evaluations
• Present tailored home improvement solutions
• Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the buying process
• Close deals and manage follow-up communication
• Represent Ridge Top Exteriors professionally in the field

What You Bring

• 1+ year of sales experience (home improvement or in-home sales preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
• Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven
