What You'll Do
Diagnose residential plumbing issues quickly and accurately.
Present repair and replacement options to homeowners with honesty and professionalism.
Perform service, repair, and installation work to the highest standards.
Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
Complete digital work orders, photos, and documentation.
Follow all company safety policies and plumbing codes.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, fixtures, water service, and sewer repairs.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required.
