Fund Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Fund Administrative Analyst for one of our financial services clients in Nashville, TN. This individual will support alternative investment products, including private equity, private credit, and other fund structures, by overseeing fund accounting activities, reviewing NAV calculations, preparing financial reports, and partnering with administrators to ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of fund accounting experience, strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, and the ability to explain and perform key calculations rather than simply relying on automated systems. Responsibilities Review and oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual fund accounting deliverables Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Review and validate NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations for private equity and alternative investment funds Review management fee, incentive fee, and waterfall calculations Prepare and review financial reporting packages, including shareholder reports, portfolio reports, and audited financial statements Review capital activity, subscriptions, redemptions, trades, income, and expenses Partner with third-party fund administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy Support alternative investment products, including private equity, private credit, and CLO funds Assist with audits, investor reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
