- Supports the Government's facility and asset management objectives by ensuring construction deliverables, as-built documentation, equipment inventories, and system data are properly transitioned into Maximo or similar EAM/CMMS platforms. Reviews and validates asset information to support operations, maintenance, and lifecycle planning activities.
- Supports project turnover and transition activities, ensuring facility systems, documentation, training requirements, and operational data are successfully transferred from construction teams to facility operations and maintenance organizations.
- Maintains and analyzes project and program performance data utilizing Excel, Maximo, AutoCAD, and web-based project management systems. Develops performance metrics, dashboards, schedules, and briefing materials to support project oversight and leadership decision-making.
- Develops and manages integrated project schedules and lifecycle milestone plans. Performs schedule analysis, identifies risks to project delivery, and recommends mitigation strategies to support successful program execution.
- Prepares and delivers written and oral briefings, technical reports, performance assessments, and executive summaries for Government leadership and program stakeholders. Regularly communicates project status, key risks, milestones, and recommendations.
- Provides leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and support staff, promotes project management best practices, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the program.
