Job Description The BDC Representative will join a dedicated team focused on managing a high volume of customer interactions daily. This role centers on effective communication, timely follow-up, and precise data management using a custom in-house CRM system to support customer needs and drive lead conversion. Responsibilities Contact customers to generate and manage leads Schedule appointments efficiently for sales team Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product information and general questions Enter and update customer and lead information accurately in the CRM system Conduct follow-up communications to maintain engagement and ensure satisfaction Verify customer information for accuracy and completeness Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
