Client Engagement Leader-Data & AI

Act as a subject matter expert in Insurance data, analytics, and AI, providing strategic and tactical advisory support to senior business leaders. Partner with clients to define and deliver data and AI roadmaps, including transformation initiatives, target operating models, and execution priorities. Lead client discovery and working sessions to understand business needs, diagnose gaps, and recommend scalable, value-driven data solutions. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal EXL teams to build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and expand engagements. Develop business proposals, solution architectures, and RFP responses by working with SMEs, technologists, and strategic alliance partners. Own end-to-end project, client, and team management, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and adherence to quality standards. Provide technical guidance across AI, data management, analytics, visualization, automation, and data science initiatives across the insurance value chain. Ensure industry best practices, DataOps standards, and cloud-based data solutions are consistently applied across engagements. Drive continuous improvement through problem diagnosis, process optimization, and innovative solution design.
