Bilingual Administrative Assistant Peak Workforce Solutions, (Newbold Services) is seeking a bilingual administrative assistant who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties to support our client. This position will require extensive use of Microsoft Excel as well as various other software solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office operations and have some recruiting skills. $19.00 - $21.00/hour plus commissions for procuring new business. Weekly pay periods every Friday. Essential functions include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, supporting visitors, customer service with clients and associates, supporting site leaders and staff as needed, carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, data collection of key performance indicators on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, interacting with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks, crafting and sending recruiting emails and SMS texts, coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements, analyzing resumes accurately, identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques, interviewing candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments, completing employment reference checks on candidates, scheduling candidates for interviews with recruiters and hiring managers, facilitating communication between staff and employees, generating or identifying leads for new business. Requirements include bilingual preferred Spanish and English, proven work experience in office administration, recruiting, staffing, or similar role (1 year or more), hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms), solid verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, outstanding time-management abilities, ability to work individually or on teams as required, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clients, high school diploma or equivalent.
