Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in providing administrative and staff support for the organization's operations. Reporting to the manager or director, this position is based in our St. James office and serves clients in the surrounding communities.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Two (2) years administrative experience
Qualifications:
- Must be able to type 60 words per minute
- Experience working with various office machines and equipment
- Experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed environment
- Possess a current, valid driver's license and meet the requirements for driver's insurance
