Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales, rentals, and lesson enrollments in our retail store. You will assist students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and services while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include actively engaging customers, meeting sales goals, processing rentals and repairs, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting lesson program sign-ups. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, education-focused team, promoting community engagement and helping grow music education in your local area.
