We're looking for a Customer Service Representative / Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a traditional call-center position. You'll work directly with business customers, guiding projects from quote through delivery while helping organizations find the right print, promotional products, branded apparel, and marketing solutions to support their success.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, long-term relationships with business customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
• Prepare quotes, research products, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate customer projects from initial request through delivery.
• Process orders accurately while partnering with suppliers and teammates to keep projects on schedule.
• Resolve customer questions and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that benefit customers.

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of customer service, client relations, inside sales, sales support, or account coordination experience.
• Experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) customers is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in printing, promotional products, manufacturing, distribution, office products, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $47,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance incentive opportunities.
